    Wow. BVF, what a gem. Go ahead and talk about a 13.3% dividend but fail to mention the payout ratio of 487%. This is not a good deal folks. That divvy must get slashed and soon and when it does that PE of 38 will drop to about 8 without any increase in the earnings whatsoever.

    Target price: 50 cents.
