New Microsoft Commercials Show Windows Users Are Cool Too [View article]
Its just list people and the fact that they use the PC. We already knew that, some 650 million machines out there are running windows, so what!
I don't get what these commercials are doing for MS. Its just a response to Apple. Without Apple they wouldn't make these commercials. The point is can they not be creative and innovative on their own? My take is no, they never have been and never will be.

Instead of finding solutions that their customers want, these guys are trying to engineer a solution that addresses their needs only. Consumers will simply ignore them or just find a way around it. What's Apple to gain by this arrangement. Apple can replicate what ever Dell has in terms of set up to service the enterprise if it wants to go after that market. Why give those profits to Dell, which really does little add value to Apple. Apple outsources its manufacturing to Asian countries, so Dell can't contribute there. Dells' not known for support either consumer or enterprise, so I fail to see why Apple should enter into such an agreement.

Now I don't care if its Apple or not, but it just has to work and work well. I don't care if the movie is $12.99 or $14.99, I would like to be able to burn it to DVD and I hope the industry will recognize that. I don't steal movies or music.
I would prefer HD quality, so lets see what the movie industry and Apple can do. Perhaps the rumors that the next OS X version will have bit torrent may help improve download efficiency. Lets give it a chance and see what happens.
