    The ships has to be bought from somewhere. If contracted they will not arrive untill 2011. And the need for dry bulk transport is larger than Rio taking it alone.

    In the mean time one can take opportunity of the stock market crash, and buy some long term bargains in shipping.

    The ships has to be bought somewhere, if contracted from a yard they will be delivered from 2011.

    When this US recession talk is prevailing, one can pick up some nice longterm bargains in shipping. GL

    You should try GDOCF.PK, instead of GDFOC.PK. It is an OTC/pink sheet stock in US, though hefty traded in Europe (mainly on the Oslo Stock Exchange, where it is primary listed).
