Jim Cramer's Mad Money In-Depth, 2/6/08: Cramer Likes Mike [View article]
I'd like to get more info on ABK, and TTGLE. So far for this year I have made 30% on my original investment. That's pretty for someone who doesn't know what he's doing. I already get Jim Cramer's report and would like to know his thoughts on the two stocks listed. I read his report on ABK being the stock pick of the year, 2008, and that has been a week or so ago. I'd like to know if he's still thinking that way for I'm prepared to put my entire profit and original investment into it. I'm confused about something though. We just went through a major correction where ABK was at $8. something. The correction was over and it went up to over $15., and now there is another correction and it's down to $10.95. My question is simple, are people completely stupid, or is this a thing where brokers are selling the peoples stocks enable to make all those commissions. I mean, I heard a broker on TV say, "The people want to sell, and that's what we're doing". He had this silly grin on his face when he said that. Well, do the people know the brokers are selling their stocks over and over, and buying the shares back over and over. I made 30% profit by buying ET and selling it as the brokers came out saying, The sky is falling, sell, sell, sell. Then a couple of days later they were saying, the market is over it's correction and you need to buy, buy, buy. Come on, (whoever I'm writing this to). I am unlearned as to the stock market, but I learned watching a drunk man and woman at a gambling casino when I was 18, a long time ago. I learned, bet with these two people who are pretending to be drunk and I'll win. (It was so obvious they were setting up the table for the suckers). I bet for about 5 minutes following their bet, and I won $10.
