Arthrocare's Acquisition of Discocare: Trying Put the Genie Back in the Bottle

Calling Mr. Left a "whiner" is ridiculous. ARTC/DiscoCare are as dirty as it gets. Many Surgeons and Physicians around the country have suspected this and are quite hesitant about the DiscoCare model. Thus the strong push towards PI attorneys. Why does ARTC management ask reps to "find surgeons who are comfortable with billing 63056"? Why wouldn't they be comfortable?
In Florida, PI insurance claims typically result in a $100k payout...33% to the attorney/medical bills/patient...ARTC raised the list price to $7500 so DiscoCare could make money. Has any of this info been shared with the insurance industry?
