  • Analysis Of Oral Argument In Vringo Vs. Google Patent Infringement Appeal [View article]
Strong possiblity that this case is one the feds pick to set as an example of
patent trolls and overturns the whole thing based on obviousness. The one case that is out there to to highlight the huge patent problem and reward google for
their loyalty to Obama...farfetched?...I think not.

That was the key comment here...all of the insiders can accelerate their sales
when stock exceeded $5. It will be interesting to see how much they unloaded
    in that three hour period.

  • Vringo: Where's The Money? [View article]
The Vringo attorney's made a deal that is lucrative to them and not the shareholders....thus the patents and not the money. The only people who will succeed with Vringo are the people who actually work there.
    The shareholders are just tools.

  • Pricing Apple's Uncertain Future: A Scenario Model [View article]
When Apple listens to market share idiots and releases a cheaper
phone..then sell. Now..take the margins and the lower market share.
Samsung would kill to have Apples profit per phone.
Apples stock is going much much higher from here.

  • Vringo's Billion-Dollar Win At Hand [View article]
A judge never even considers stuff like that. They simply rule by following the law regarding patent infringement. They really do not get into that subjective stuff. Me thinks you need to watch less television.

  • Vringo's Billion-Dollar Win At Hand [View article]
Google has followed the process along with the judge. Vringo has even mentioned on the CC that the timing of the case is completely normal. It is really ridiculous when you use language like "contemptuous behavior". That kind nonsense makes you look silly and very inexpierenced.

  • Vringo May Be Vetting A Buyer [View article]
The last paragraph does make some sense i guess. Vringo needs to get capatilized with a settlement so they can become a force in the patent litigation world.
The other stuff is a little silly.

  • Vringo Settlement Talks With Microsoft; Buyout Or License? [View article]
The MSFT relationship with FB regarding Bing is the motivator here.
Microsoft cannot afford a prolonged litigation over a minor patent issue to hold-up a strategic move against Google. It appears this will motivate a settlement which will be a little larger than warranted. So maybe Vringo gets around 125 million instead of 80 million.
The license stuff and buyout is a real stretch.

  • The Long Case For Neonode [View article]
Infra-red is older technology than capacitive touchscreens. The cost savings is also not that great. Neon has no chance until the 2015 auto models dashboard decision is made.

  • The Long Case For Neonode [View article]
Both Ford and GM went with capacitive touch screens over Neon.
I wonder why?.Obviously they over-ruled cost issues and thought capacitive was the better technology or had smaller real estate issue in the auto cockpit. Anybody have any ideas on this????
