      Premium for Silver Coins Soars
I just bought two more boxes of 500 at L.A. Coin Company on Ventura Blvd in Studio City, CA - a suburb of Los Angeles. Also bought a box from G&A Coins on Riverside Drive in Toluca Lake, CA. Silver Eagles are getting a 100% premium added right now (!!!) but if you look around you might only pay about 70%. Good luck.

Will There Be a Bidding War for Aurelian Resources?
Dear Jock, can you give us a bit more on what you perceived as "reasonable" with regard to the new Ecuadorean mining law? I own a lot of Kinros and am getting killed and need to make a decision as to whether to hang in there on sell. Please elaborate on what you found as "reasonable"... Thanks.

Scratch Oil For Now – Gold, Alternative Energies Will Outperform Near-Term
You needed to add Yamana (AUY) and Kinross (KGC) to your short list of three. They have much better valuations than Barrick or Newmont. Though GG is a definite keeper.

17 Commodity ETFs to Hedge Your Portfolio
Hey Deuxsous - I also own GCC but you need to take another look at the 17 commodities because is DOES have "meats" as you call them, but that's why I bought it, as the others don't have the "meats" and they are the next thing to rise in value.
      Just a heads up.

Gold Stocks: Five Points to Remember
Excellent article! Now THAT's what I call thinking with the basics, the fundamentals of clear monetary policy and what happens when you print money out of thin air. benben - Gerbino also recommends having physical gold/silver but its the mining stocks that will give you LOTS of leverage. The idea is to have BOTH.
The article gives reliable stable datums that one can use to think with moving forward. It's a KEEPER.
      Thanks Ken.

Which of the 6 Agriculture ETFs is Best?
Why did you leave out GCC, the GreenHaven ETF? It's got 17 commodities: wheat, corn, soybeans, live cattle, lean hogs, gold, silver, platinum, copper, cotton, coffee, cocoa, orange juice, sugar, crude oil, heating oil, and natural gas. And I love the balance weighting they have. Check it out at GreenHavenFunds.com. I bought it because I like the fundamentals of all 17 and especially like the way it is weighted. Also it is the only place I could find livestock and lean hogs, which is at very low supply levels, just at time when China is now beginning to eat meat at an accelerating rate.
