      Thursday Outlook: Commodities, Emerging Markets
I don't put much stock in charts other than for tracking the past. I see no real value in predicting the future in growth stocks. Some in value stocks, however still, I don't think it proves much. You can go back and say oh yeah see how this chart indicated , yada yada. In reality that is it, you are looking at the past. Show me someone who had the gonads to draw a predictive chart showing me what a stock or mutual fund is going to do, based on what it has done........Then I will be more of a believer.

Garmin in Free Fall - Here's the Big Picture
The reality is, Cellphone technology is not even close to Satellite technology at this point. While it would be fine while your are driving around in your home town, or in a big city, you and i know you drop cell signal in every town in america. Satellite does not have that problem. Next. The mapware in Garmin is far superior to TomTom. I have had 3 garmins and I decided to give the competition a shot. I bought a top of the line TomTom 720. I Took it on a trip to palm springs. I returned it and traded DOWN for a far superior unit. A Nuvi 200W. Much easier to use, more destinations, more detail....NOT EVEN CLOSE......Garmin is the best of the best.....If you want a GPS...I think once people have one, they will never be without. Nothing better than flying in to an airport. Popping the GPS on the dash, punching in your hotel and driving right out of the airport and not even need a map. Try it you'll like it.
