I can't argue with that. I guess NAR was right eight months ago and if certain media hadn't played it up there wouldn't have been so many foreclosures. Why if we all just believe and follow in the big boy steps, we'll all be fine. Don't kid yourself. The huge investors, and fund managers are just as human as we are.
