  • Barron's' 'Miller Time' Completely Misses the Math - and the Mark  [View article]
Amazing how a few cocktails can dismiss a ridiculously below- average performance and produce a buy recommendation...and with four mug shots of Miller scattered throughout the issue. So much for Barron's alleged credibility. What a joke!

  • Cal-Maine Foods: Buy This Golden Egg [View article]
A fragmented analysis, difficult to comprehend because of faulty diction. ...simply looking at IT'S 52 week chart...Do you mean to write simply looking at IT IS 52 week chart? Differentiate between the possessive pronoun ITS (NO APOSTROPHE) and the contraction IT'S, which, again, means IT IS. Also place a hyphen between 52 and week. Two words (adjectives) mofifying a noun?? Place a hyphen between those two words... 52-week.

  • Touchdown: When Do Financial Stocks Hit Zero?  [View article]
Another alleged "expert" mouthing off, strictly to get much-needed attention. Following this guy's prediction, I would have lost out on today's impressive rally...specifically in bank stocks. Ira, time for you to return to your full-time job as a used car salesman.

Your crystal ball needs polishing or sanding. What you're seeing in it is nothing but a lot of unfounded assumptions. Cut the prediction business; you're totally unqualified for that profession.

BAC's share price is around $20? In what century was this article composed? Wow! Nothing like being accurate. With that kind of sloppy "research," this guy's "guaranteed" best bets are worthless; make that totally worthless.

  • GM: More Bailout-Worthy than Citigroup [View article]
The auto industry's financial chaos is the direct result of manufacturing deficient vehicles. That's been the case for time immemorial. Ever notice how many cars are operarting with only one headlight functioning? Odds are overwhelmingly strong that you're looking at a Ford, GM or Chryysler product. Nice, particularly in the dark of winter. Companies that produce garbage can survive only so long. After that, the public awakens and turns to Nissan, Toyota and Honda for cars that last and last and last...including their headlights.

  • Three Financial Stocks Worth Holding [View article]
Two points.....avoid starting all your sentences with the same, same, same words. Try..."the bank" or use the stock symbol(s).

Dump the "I think..." We know you think this; why else would your write it?
"I think" suggests an unwillingness to offer an air of authority to your opinioins. The same holds true for "I believe," "It seems to me that" and "In my opinion."
