I can't wait to find out if Shedlock's predicted death knoll for the Bac/Mer merger is reversed by the author come Wednesday morning. After all, basically his entire "analysis" became hogwash in less than 24 hours.
Your writing "style" leaves much to be desired. Start the improvement process by dumping such dead words as "there " (with linking verbs is, are, was, were, to be) and "thing." What is a "thing"? Also, use hyphens with multi-word adjecetives, for example, "Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity." In addition, write in complete sentences, not fragments, e.g., "Up around 10%..."in no way constitutes a complete sentence.
Your "writing style" needs dramatic improvement, starting with a strengthening vocabulary. Start by eliminating the dead expressions starting with there -- "there is," "there are," etc., and by beginning sentences with nouns, not the lifeless, vague "it."
