    This article makes more sense than the previous one. A panic rally could effectively happen since there is supposedly some much money waiting on the sidelines. However, let's not forget that panic selling was the result of REAL (non) value discovery; LEH is really bankrupt, BS has really disappeared, GM really doesn't sell cars and so on.
