How Bernanke Stunned Congress with the Truth
After everything is said : Why are the same old asses ( of both parties )
re-elected time and time again ??

A country that can put a man on the moon cannot impose
      reasonable term-limits on it's politicians ??

      " We have no REAL pres. candidate ! ! " wake-up people !!
Most politicians have the IQ and/or common-sense of a houseplant.
It's the people they surround themselves with and whose advise they
seek that give you a better picture.
I'm personally less afraid of the McCain camp !
All the BS aside: just ask yourself : Who should appoint the next
Supreme Court Justices ? and: What direction will this country
      take then ?

(PS for all the undecided : YOU might make a point with your vote, but Paul or Nader will never appoint anybody to anything !!

Hey,Mark: you missed the boat on this one: a lot of investors
(like myself:not vegetarians) will never touch this outfit again,
      at any price !
The old guard running the show are still operating with the same
      cruel,inhumane way of breeding/raising/trans...
animals that have been abandoned/outlawed in most
european countries ! And we are not even talking about
      pollution !!
A lot of these " EXECUTIVES " seem to underestimate the respect
a lot of investors/meat -eaters have for animals !!

Lennar: Building Homes for the 20th Century
This country has no need for all these Homebuilding-Monoliths !
All the indepent homebuilders that build 40 - 80 units per year
      can fill the need !
If there is a slowdown , 20 Units less per builder is not a:
      NATIONAL CRISIS !

@ Mariposa: I sold C in 2004 for 57.00 , being ridiculed by friends and
family ! Why: my brother-in-law works for C.
Today I buy Wachovia! Take one of their employees to lunch,
      they'll convince you !

Jenn: get 6 jack-ups in the gulf and have them drill 50 holes
off our coast, east or west ! Report on wildcatter activity
around the country : within 60 days , the wild-out-of-order
      speculating will subside.

      @user :" Paulson is a putz" : he is also a schlep, a schlingel ,
and a lot of more !
G.W. just has no idea who can do the job !

Homebuilders Face Their Own Foreclosed Homes [Housing Tracker]
I have faced the same situation in 1981 in Houston Texas , except
it was called something else !
      Houses I built and sold in 76 ; 77 ; 78 ;79 competed with my houses
built in 81 with an average 40% price advantage !
Prime Rate : 20% (courtesy of the Nobel-Price winning pres.)
How does a homebuilder pay his bills and feed his family: I opened a
      restaurant in Florida !

to people that had no business borrowing , to purchase houses
with no established value , and no real understanding how to pay
