I saw 18 blacks one after another in one roulette simulation session. 19th was red.
There's nothing like a Fraudstein's law. Phase 3 data have nothing to do with co's market capitalization. It's just a coincidence.

I am curious about the settlement vs. Quebec @ NAFTA treaty. Consider that LPR sue Q for 250mil and whole market capitalisation of LPR stands now around 90mil.

  • Volatile 3D Systems (DDD -5.6%) continues to sell off in the wake of Citron Research's bearish report. Some industry peers are also falling: PRLB -4.1%. XONE -3.7%. SSYS -1.6%. Fidelity recently disclosed it bought 3.1M shares of 3D Systems in Q4, raising its stake in the company to 6.1%. [View news story]
So basically you have bought DDD because of your frustration over missed chance in AAPL.. well then..
Do you guys really believe that every person (not a household) will purchase DDD stuff and will use it daily to print... what?
Comparing DDD and AAPL is just plain wrong and from business side of view, this is one bad investment, particularly at this price.

  • Celsion (CLSN -11.4%) sinks again today after noting in a SEC filing that it's entered into a Controlled Equity Offering Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald to sell $25M worth of shares, from time to time. The stock cratered last week on news that its liver cancer drug TheromDox had failed its latest clinical trials. [View news story]
OK current pps is $1.15 so it means dilution by 21M newly issued shares. That's quite a 2/3 of shares outstanding as of today. Just wow.

  • Rig owner Seadrill (SDRL +0.7%) sells all its existing 96M shares in embattled Sevan Drilling after a bank steps up with an “attractive offer" to buy the shares in return for a forward agreement. SDRL’s holding had moved up to 30.31% following Sevan's recent emergency equity issue to plug a funding gap; 33.3% ownership would have required a mandatory takeover offer under Oslo Stock Exchange regulations. [View news story]

  • 2013 Is Starting Off To Be A Good Year For American And Chinese Steelmakers [View article]
CHOP is not a standard steelmaker, they are running rather niche business (ultra thin steel sheets, chromium coated strips etc.).
Indeed they are chinese - therefore they are guilty by association by many (look at their valuation), but hey, they are issuing guidances and earnings correlated to the industry. I have researched this company extensively, their fillings and stuff, and haven't discovered red flags.
