Strong Global Push Means GM Likely to Succeed in the Long Run

I hold XGM pref. for the fat dividend. Can it be that people have lowered its price because they think GM will go bankrupt? If that is higly unlikely, why aren't more folks bying the PREF. for the fat 12% dividend??

I made a huge bundle many years ago on Netflix. I started buying again when it was in the low 20's, and will not do anything until it hits 40 by the end of 2008. Then, I will sell options and keep holding. I might sell at 50 if I need some cash.
