8 Dow Stocks Likely To Outperform
You stock market genius, find out first whether it is Proctor & Gamble or Procter & Gamble. Why should we take you seriously?

By the way, what really matters is the dividend growth rate, esp. given the current inflationary environment. Of course, not a single word from you. And that guy wrote a book about stock-picking!

PotashCorp: UBS Analyst Cautious Despite Record Quarter
Sounds you're a little bit cranky these days. Hurt by uranium stocks, huh? Of course there is a lot of trading going on with the fertilizers, hence the volatility. Nonetheless, the fundamentals of these stocks are alright. Some people continue to think that fertilizer demand is a fad that will only last for the next two quarters. How silly! POT is a great selection for long-time investors (like me).

Ten Reasons Why I'm Waiting to Buy PotashCorp
If your arguments are valid, you shouldn't buy POT at all. Otherwise, I suggest to jump on board right now. As you mentioned yourself, the stock is currently not that expensive. Trying to time the market will never lead you anywhere. POT might go up to $ 300 while you're still waiting for a pullback.

Colgate: Dividend as Close to Certain as You Can Get
Gimme a break. A yield of 2.27 % is nothing to write home about. And for how long will they be able to raise the dividend at a 14% clip? Besides, where do you get your Beta? 0.3 seems incredibly low. According to Value Line the Beta coefficient for CL should be 0.6, which seems much more realistic.

Three Stocks To Be Held To Infinity and Beyond
There's a rub in it. Don't forget that we had an incredible bull market from 1982 to 2000. That's why your three stocks soared the way they did. You could mention other examples as well. If you bought $10.000 worth of Philip Morris stock in 1980 and reinvested all dividends, you ended up a millionaire with a huge pile of Altria, Philip Morris International and Kraft stocks. Just don't expect that kind of extraordinary returns in the future.

"GE and T I own and would like to buy them on serious dips."

GE has lost 27 % of its value year to date. Its dip can hardly become more serious.

      Adding to My GE Position
Catching a falling knife! The Dow will plummet at least another 1000 pts. if oil continues to surge and Israel strikes against Iran. GE is a good investment, but the stock will be much cheaper a couple of weeks from now.

GE: More Bad News to Come?
I hope your bearish outlook is justified. That means that I will be able to pick up these top-quality shares at even lower prices. Over here in Europe, GE shares trade at levels not seen since 1997 - due to the weak dollar. What a shame that the dollar rebounded a little bit since its mid-March lows.

Ballmer Is Bad News for Microsoft
MSFT's sky-high valuation of the 90s has come down to earth. A giant like MSFT can't grow that fast any longer. Therefore, a multiple of 50 times earnings (like in 2000) is, of course, no longer justified. This can hardly be blamed on Steve Ballmer. Besides, Bill Gates is frequently selling piles of MSFT stock in order to fund his foundation, which also pressures the stock price.

This Murti guy is one heck of an analyst. While the crystal balls of most other analysts seem to be a bit cloudy these days since no one was able to predict the recent spike in oil prices, he knows where the oil price will be 20 years from now.
