    Not when you can buy NAT with a 7% v 12% yeild or MMP with a solid 7.4% yeild or a NS with 7.9% or RYN with 5.1%.

    NAT advised in their quartly report that they have had a combined dividend since their inception in 2004 of over $39, hows that for a $29 stock.

    Go for the money
