      Open Letter to Truckers
National Truckers Strike: Response to Trucker Dan, Hey Dan you have the right idea, owner operators are not the only ones hurting, this economy is also hurting your Teamster Union brothers, we are being forced to accept a a collective bargaining agreement that means loss of jobs for thousands of Teamsters, and if the Chicago Teamster Locals let them get away with it, there will be thousands more like trucker Dan that will loose their livelyhood and have to resort to third world country wages.

The big Wall Street companies like Yellow Roadway Corporation
Worldwide, UPS and UPS Freight, FedX and their freight division, Old Domonion, Conway and lets not forget J.B. Hunt and Schneider, all of these companies and then some are positioning themselves to get rid of the OWNER OPERATOR by offering giant discounts, fuel surcharges that the independent can not afford to give.

The Teamster International has forced and is forcing it's own brothers to accept concessions to give a financial advantage to the giant Union companies such as YRCW,ABF, UPS and UPS Freight which wiil eventually be the fall of the OWNER OPERATOR.

I respect the neccesary action that you will take on April 1, 2008, the first day that the Teamster contract will go in effect for some of our brothers that were put under the provervial gun to accept it, and a message to my Chicago Teamster brothers hang tight and this coming Sunday March 30, 2008 I urge you to send the companies involved in these negociations and the Teamster International a resounding message that says HELL NO WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE.

And having said that Trucker Dan, I wish you and your movement The National Trucker Shutdown good luck and God bless you.

      GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

YRC Worldwide Q4 2007 Earnings Call Transcript
As an average truck driver and employee of YRC even I could see that YRC was biting more than they could chew, and I did not need an MBA for that. Still I say that the only solution is to start cleaning house from the top: Bruffett, Zollars, Smid and Taylor, all of you were barking up the tree of incompetence instead of climbing up the tree of competence.

Please, gentlemen and lady, do the right thing for YRC and its thousand of stock holders and employees and RESIGN you have injured YRC and it is dying, reconstruction can not go on unless you are gone.

YRC Worldwide Proves the Skeptics Right
As a run of the mill truck driver out of Chicago and employee of YRC, the only solution I see at The Corporate Tower of YRC is to get rid of
Zollars and the rest of his cronies and start the recontruction of
this once great trucking company and the regionals that are spiraling down and out of control, there is no other way gentlemen, we need a new captain at the helm. Something I heard along the way in my 30 yrs in trucking, " Just because you know how to navigate it does not mean you can get us through the storm ".

Having said that, I hope the stock holders do not reward these incompetent knot heads with $$$$$$$$$ millions of dollars $$$$$$$$
in golden parachutes. Thank you and god bless us all.
