Phares M. Heindl graduated from Mississippi State University earning an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. As a top level engineering student he was invited to join the honorary engineering society Tau Betta PI.. Phares obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida. Between degrees Phares worked as a process engineer for a major chemical company. Upon graduation he moved to Los Angeles, California to work for a major defense firm. Phares has been Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer since 1991. He is a member of both the California and Florida Bar ...More Associations and is a Registered Patent Attorney. He has served in leadership positions in many organizations. He has served as the president of the trial lawyers section of the Seminole County Bar Association, president of a major environmental organization group Friends of Wekiva River Inc., program chairman for the Williams Inns of Court in Seminole County Florida and president of the Central Florida Chapter of the Christian Legal Society. He is presently a member of the Collier County Bar Association and the Thomas S. Biggs, American Inns of Court. He now resides in Marco Island, Florida and practices primarily in Southwest Florida in the area of trial practice and complex civil litigation including products liability, personal injury, premises liability, business torts and intellectual property litigation.
