what does your net debt to ebitda calc look like when you factor in the cash flow the company will generate over the next 4-5 qtrs? you made no mention of how much cash the company should generate nor gave them any credit for it in your thesis above.

The reason why he said no comment is because nobody wants to buy this company (except Amit), they went through a strategic sale review a few years ago and nobody was interested. Amit I am surprised that you are long this stock and short JAH, should have played the opposite as BIOS has been a disaster and JAH has delivered good results (prob. why the stock is up 25% in 3 months).
