    If speculation is not the cause and demand continues to exceed supply then the price of oil will NOT come down - will it ?
    I'm betting it will and I'm not alone.
    Like we 've never been manipulated before ?

    I heard something I just find so hard to believe.
    That when things are taxed the price increase is actually passed on to the next buyer.
    Can this possibly be true ?
    So taxing fuel and the oil companies, etc., will make me pay MORE ???
    And this benefits me HOW ???
