I get a kick out of reading house prices will drop another 10 or 20 %. There will be no more buyers at those prices than there are now. Shape up and face the facts- prices will drop 80 or 90% until there is no activity at all. Forget wishful thinking and sell now. In a year you will be happy that you got out "too soon"
