  • Globalstar: Wireless Industry Presents United Front Against TLPS, Putting Globalstar In Danger [View article]
Being short, you should give a rats AZZ about interference as you seem to tout that the business plan of paid wifi won't work. If it won't work from a business point of view, then you should be in support knowing it will fail, right?

Why anyone is hanging their hat onto whether from a business practically TLPS will work, is not the FCC concern nor should it be yours. But then again your short.

I'd be a cheerleader for approval if from a business point of view it is a complete failure and be short as you are claiming.

  • Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) Andrew Littlefair on Q1 2015 Results - Earnings Call Transcript [View article]
The major difference in revs is attributed to construction revenue and IMW.

In 2014, rev. were $16.3 and $ 22.3 million for construction and IMW respectively.

In 2015, rev were $ 6.5 and $ 14.4 million for construction and IMW respectively.

So CLNE had $ 17.7 million less rev due to these 2 areas.

Additionally. as the price of nat gas dropped, CLNE sold gas at .09 per gallon lower than in 2014. Add .09 per gallon on the 75.2 million gallons sold and revs would have been up an additional $ 6.77 mil.

Likewise, the cost of nat gas sold was .09 lower per gallon.

So revenue on gallons sold in 2014 was 59.5% of total revenues and in 2015 it was 75.6% of total revenues.

This is why I have always said gallons and margins on those sold gallons is what's important.

  • Globalstar: Would TLPS Even Work On Your Phone? Filtering Poses A Major Threat To TLPS Usability [View article]
Don't know how old you are, when I hear the comment; "WIFI is free, who would pay"

I remember when Television was free. Had free TV lately? Oh yea, in the sports bar.

Radio is free in the car. Just about every car manufacture is installing satellite radio which isn't free.

I don't know where you live, but every place I get "free" wifi, good luck getting a streaming video to work.

I guess as they say, time will tell who will "win" this tug of war!

    You now long?

    Michael Demaray @MYDemaray 1d
I'll be the first to admit those $GSAT interference tests look good. Surprised me on BT low energy...

Guess the remaining question will be, "Will anybody sign up for GSAT spectrum?"

By that time, share price could be $4--$5---$6 after FCC approval?

How long does 62 million shorts hold strong?

Over 65 million are short. Looks like short have created more shares than issued.

Doesn't look like many deck chairs left when shorts have to cover.

When my brokerage house is offering 10% for shares, looks like limited supply out there folks.
