The Real Meaning Behind Akamai, Limelight and the Writers Strike [view article]
What I found unnerving was the release and CC did not answer key questions:1.How big are the new accounts?
2.How long are the contracts?
3.What is the churn rate? a sign of customer satisfaction
4.What is the average ARPU and has it grown? adding new products and selling existing customers these products- a sign of customer satisfaction and innovation.
Management did not address these key metrics- probably because GS still owns 36% of the company and needs to unload these shares. Feb 21 11:51 AM
