  • What U.S. Needs Is Long-Term Comprehensive Energy Policy [View article]
    For sure, BUT any policy MUST include regualtions to regulate 'speculators', pension funds, and the ETF's that drove oil up to $145 in the 1st place.
    Most, if not all the past year's fluctuations (in boh directions) has been large funds playing the oil ETF's. These poorly thought thru financial vehicles created TOTALLY ATIFICIAL spikes at the pump for the normal consumer.
