      The New York Times Had Better Change
      There was a time when the NYT did not mix its editorial opinions into its 'news' reporting. They have squandered their reputation and killed the brand. There are just too many sources for information and opinion these days. I stopped trusting them years ago.

      The New Market for $700,000 Houses
      I think the psychological implications are very evident in the bubble locations because its quite clear that houses are mispriced. The question then comes down to - 'how low will they go'. Some of these places appreciated by 100% in 2 or 3 years. Was that reality or a ponzi scheme?

      Seems to me we have the choice of a recession which will control inflation or we print money to avoid the credit issues and unleash the inflation genie. Either way pollyanna is not a good investment strategy
