I agree that it seems unlikely F and GM will go down, though one could be allowed to disappear, and F is diversified overseas as well, so all they need is some of the better models they sell in Europe selling here, along with a cheap plug-in hybrid, and they might recover. GM with all its finanicla liabilities is another story, but they're not going to let flagship GM die, I doubt, although those jokers claim a hybrid is still ten years away. That management needs to be swept out..

This deflation vs inflation is a real conundrum isnt it?
