How Do Economic Drivers in the Euro-zone Influence Your Bond Investments?

The Euro is over-valued according to RBC Global Asset Management, and considering that sevral countries and corporations within the Eurozone are in financial trouble, the ECB has done a significant dis-service to the citizens of the Eurozone... and the Euro is over-priced but somehow is getting lucky to stay at its present levels.

On the other hand, as soon as there is any sign of positives in the USA (such as today's stock market big rise in the indicies), the USA dollar can't seem to get or keep itself up.
It's as though it has G.D Governmental Dysfunction.

When will the USA government stop speaking out of both sides of its mouth about a "strong dollar" when the dollar weakens.
