Larry, I think the same. If he was sure the company is going BK there wouldn't be any need to bash the stock. So why would anyone post all the negatives 24/7 on Yahoo board and here? The guy stated that he works for a hedge fund that is short. So the only explanation I see is that his fund is short millions of shares and they are covering. So they need shares to buy and hope those shares would come from people scared by his writing.

I just don't get it what is the purpose of this site? To let anyone with an agenda to bash or pump stocks? But that is OK. What I really don't understand is how this garbige is diplayed as news on Yahoo.
And there is a pattern here. Each time the company announces some encouraging news the shorts are rushing to post the compilation of all the negatives from the past.

Wow. What an insight. Taking the fact that Syntax sells less TVs than Visio and implying this is somehow a problem for shareholders.
Is this because the stock went above $1 your masters made you to produce this nonsense of compilations of old news and irrelevant information?

I think the credit facility was reduced from $150 mln to $120 mln. Not from $250 mln. That is just $30 mln reduction.
Also right now the company might be in a financial stress, but that won't be the case if they continue to operate and collect the outstanding AR and sell the TVs. If that happens, they will be in OK financially and will be able to refinance on much better terms.

This article sure looks like the shorts want to scare people into selling at this low prices by implying the BK is imminent. That is simply not true: I think the BK can be avoided.

If they sell everything they make, how come they couldn't pay $20 mln to the creditors?
