We won the Customer Service award because we had one the most knowledgable staffs in the industry, however over the last year the employee pay has been reduced to near minimum wage. It helps the short term bottom line, but damages the long term ability to maintain that service. The employee turnover has increased to the point that you will find it nearly impossible to talk to the same associate that helped you a few months ago.
