Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe GWR has any exposure to Midwest flooding other than a small switching carrier in Chicago. They may see some negative earnings as a result of the east/west bottlenecks created on the Class Is, but I don't see where their franchises have suffered directly as a result of the flooding...
