I think the real "value" is coming from the net assets. The company has $17MM in assets (Owns its manufacturing facilities) and and additional $50MM in current assets (Inventory + receviables). So, if this a company that was leasing and current on collecttion and low on inventory, we are looking at close to zero EV for a company that generates $70 MM in sales.
