    Just thinking out loud. This is a game of chicken which I think will not end up being run over by Bk. A dime on the dollar is not worth it. Between the banks & Ergen I would think a compromise will be the result. That's just my stupid guess. BK is messy!

    Ergen & Mel may not like each other but I'm sure that they are both fond of dead presidents (no offense to Mr.Franklin or Mr.Hamilton). At least we are getting some excitment for our buck ( although price of admission is killing all of us).

    I just can't believe Mel would commit Sirius suicide. I don't believe his ego is that big that it would allow him to take us & himself down. He would open himself up to lawsuits and a totally failed business reputation. Yes he might of had the thought of BK leaked. But it could be the news makers making news. That's how they make their money. The relative low volume of shares being sold also indicates that there maybe a lot of smoke but not much of a fire.

    Is the WSJ just putting out these articles to increase their own sales? It reminds me of watching cable tv news channels, "BREAKING NEWS " it may be breaking but it ain't news. It usually hyped up to get attention.
