The DOW Util's formed the sme topping pattern as they did in #2001... As then, JUNE was an UGLY month...

Mkts that breech their winter lo's in Jan fall on avg 39%.We had a 1st week in 2008 that was DOWN;a DOWN JAN;& NEGATIVE MoMo!
