  • Natural Gas Weekly Storage Reports Could Become Bullish Through The End Of March [View article]
    Hmmm
    1st-
Funny how you left out all the reasons that supply could aslo rise more than the demand.

I live in Central Florida and usually Speed weeks (last week and this week) is usually when we get our coldest weather surprise and then poof its gone.
In other words when we have the mild winters as this year and we get that surprise for Speed weeks it is the spike that ends the cold.
    Old man Winters last breath.
    Break out the Shorts.
    Oops that`s a Pun.

  • Echo Automotive: The $155 Million Company Driven By Promotional Steam [View article]
Looking at the http://www.goenv.com web site,
it appears to me they are asking for car owners to buy or donate to Carbon Off Sets.
Saying they will invest you donation into green technology that offsets the carbon your car puts out.
You can choose the type of Offsets your money goes into and they will verify it for you.
    IT`s a feel good thing.
Maybe that is where ther income came from.

  • McClendon's Departure Might Mark An Inflection Point For Natural Gas [View article]
Why is it that no one ever seems to see both halfs of the picture with clean Glasses ?

But then Again it is a very large picture puzzel and the frame gets larger every day.

More DD is needed but that will not change sentiment.

Sentiment is unpredictable because of irrational exhuberance.

It seems a lot of these companies get financing from hedge funds as convertable debt.

Early this am I was going thru my Spam and had a promotion letter for TERX so I went to the Yahoo page to see how bad the profile was.
I noticed they had a SEC 8-k filings on Feb 1 for Unregistered sale of equity securities.
I clicked on it and there were several transactions with several creditors.
Total of 18,750,000 shares converted @ .006 cents for a total of
    $112,200. of debt.
Looking at my chart this had been run up from 11 cents on Jan 23 to 86 cents at close.
Then on the 24th it was 11 cents all day with only 2700 shares traded.
the 25th it opend at 20 cents went to 40 cents and closed at 20 cents on 8100 share volume.
The 29th it opened at .40 and closed at .20 on 4593 volume.
The 31st it opened at .20 went as low as .06 and closed at .18 on 27,786 share volume.
The 31st it was .16 at open and cose with 1000 share volume.
Then on Feb 1st. opened at .16 and closed at .20.
Feb 4 it was pushed up pre market and opend at 33 cents closed at .30. I dont know if there was any letters sent out this day .

Then today the 5th, the letter I got was released early am and it opend at .29 then dropped to .17 and closed at .23.
Then at about 4:23 pm a letter was sent out saying the pick was canceled due to some strange trading activity.
I wonder how many previously issued converted shares were sold off on the 23rd at up to 80 cents.

I guess salaries have to be paid from Debt and Debt has to be paid with dilution.

From what I have seen a lot of these promotions come from the lenders who end up converting Debt to shares and pumping the stock so they can unload the shares.
I have looked at 6 or 7 of these type pumps today.
For curiosity I go to Yahoo to check how bad theit profile is.
There was one Letter I got today ( in my spam box) For TERX and I saw there was several Sec 8-k filings on Jan 31 for unregistered sale of equitys to several debt holders, (converting 18,700,000 shares at .006 cents).
    Check it out.

The price as of yesterday Feb. 4th had already been run up to around 30 cents and the letter or pick was sent out before open today. It is 23 cents tonight.
Funny I got another letter cancelling the pick around 4:23 PM today.

  • Will The Dreaded Draco Be Good Or Bad For UNG? [View article]
Everyone seems to be overlooking the fact that Exon and many other others are gearing up for Fracking overseas. The demand for more expensive LNG will be very short lived and may be over by the time the LNG infrastructure is in place.

  • The Best Reason Yet To Buy Natural Gas [View article]
You bullish N-gas hopefulls all seem to forget that the other countries are allready developing and getting ready to start fracking for N-gas and Oil.
Exon has already invested / puchaesd a service company for the technology assets to produce over seas. By the time we can get LNG infrastucture up and running for export, they will be producing more N-gas over seas. WE do not have a forever monopoly for Fracking.
WFT is also a international oil service provider with Fracking and artificial pumping technology.
I am sure Chevron is looking at it also.
LNG export is a waist of time.

  • Natural Gas: The Tricky Craft Of Counting Drilling Rigs - Part I [View article]
    Question ,
If a well drilling is completed and then sitting ( not flowing) waiting to be hooked into the pipe line or brought online, is it counted in the rig count?
Is a producing well counted in the rig count?
There are many gas wells that have been sitting on the back log list waitiing to be hooked up by the service providers. They will increase production as they are all hooked up and flowing and there are no more new wells to hook up.
Why is this always over looked in these discussions?
