As a J&J employee from 1969 to 1972, I saved a small portion of my salary in the J&J Employee Stock Plan and reinvested the dividends. Since then, that small amount has grown to be the the biggest egg in my retirement basket. I've worked at several companies as either a direct employee (e.g., IBM, GE) or as a consultant. J&J is the most ethical and best managed company I know of. I left in 1972 because my husband was transferred out of state. My husband has often commented that we would be better off financially if he had changed jobs in 1972 and I had stayed at J&J. J&J is a great stock because it is a great company.

Jay Leno has always been our favorite. Most of the others aren't worth watching at all even if we didn't miss any sleep to watch them. The other networks would be smart to try to hire Jay. He certainly proved he has more talent than the others by not needing writers to feed him funny lines.
