Alternative Energy Industry Outlook

I think most people associate wind and solar as the more "glitzy" technology. Everyone has a fundamental concept of sun and wind while most don't understand the way geothermal works or the temperatures needed to make it practical. There is a company called Raser Technologies that is doing some pretty interesting things in the geothermal field. They are utilizing modular, quick deployment power generating equipment from United Technologies United Power group that allows them to go from start to finish in about six months time.
