PetSmart Is A Good Purr-chase - Barron's

You betcha. My 14 year old cat, and constant companion, gets the finest food. I even noted at the PetSmart checkout the other day that I could feed her steak cheaper. She's happy and in good health and the extra couple of dollars doesn't matter all that much. I would scrimp in other parts of my budget in order to keep her happy as long as possible - I believe most pet owners think the same.

Wal-Mart vs. eBay: Which is a Safer Stock to Own?

Well, as a 10 year seller on Ebay the answer is pretty easy for me....WALMART hands down! Ebay is being woefully mismanaged as Donahoe's "disruptive innovation" team takes apart something that merely needed tweaking and beats it into the shape of a cheap cheesey Amazon clone. This maniacal team is taking apart something that was unique and dumbing it down into something very mediochre. Yes...we really really needed yet another catalog store...especially a greedy one like Ebay who has no intention of supplying the good customer service or the safeguards for buyers that Amazon has in place. Ebay will not take ONE buyer from Amazon and in the end it will fail. So, my pick would hands down be Walmart because they have ALWAYS known where they are going and HOW to get there! For me, it is my gut reaction but I bet most wall street gurus will agree!
