With the proven reserves that BQI owns and the potential it has, BQI would be a great partner for BP and its Whiting refinery. North American Oil Sands in Alberta sold at about $20 bbl and made a lot of people rich in the sale to StatoilHydro. I know NAOS was just a "front" and had no plans to go forward with their development, (they had no money) but so what! They sold out and made a fortune.
