I love how a guy can spend a lot of time making and supporting an argument with facts and then someone can just comment "You're wrong on every point from the basic science to the study design. But who are you trying to scare?" without providing any counter evidence.

And no, I am not the author of the piece, I just think that if you are going to call a guy an idiot you should have the decency to at least have one supporting piece of evidence.

Based on this piece I bet that KERX is going to have to use some sort of crap subgroup analysis (like completers or per-protocol) to get even close to 0.05.
