Abe---The price of the stock after the merger? Might as well try to predict the winner of next year's Super Bowl. However, an analyst with Goldman Sachs whose name escapes me now thinks it's in the n'hood of 11.50 long-term. I don't know his definition of "long-term", but I'd guess a year or so. OGD---Terrestrial FM radio not only is over-saturated with ads, but boring as well because of ridiculously limited play lists. I think people are rejecting FM for both reasons. Hell, AM too.

Post-merger cost savings alone should rule out losing money. Also, now watch subscriber additions ratchet up a bunch. Keep in mind that the death of radio has been predicted regularly almost since Paley and Sarnoff started slugging it out in the 20's.
