    • profit698: My speculative guessing is that its competitors are trying to bash its share price as lower as possible.

    • profit698: So when it's time to buy the company, they can get it as cheap as possible.

    • profit698: ELTP is a great buyout or partner target after their first ART product approval.

    • shubert: Lot of risk overhang on this one. There's the usual approval risk + ongoing dilution and reverse split concerns + unknown partner demands.

    • shubert: Add those up and price in the various risks and shareholder equity is uncertain. A partnership could eat up 50-75% or more of future revs.

    • profit698: Every OTC stock has those risks you mentioned.

    • profit698: The approval risk isn't as big as those cancer drugs'. In addition, FDA want anti-abusive products.

    • profit698: On going dilution is so common to all OTCs. Now they have enough financing for its first ART.

    • profit698: Besides, they are creating greater value with the past dilution.

    • profit698: CEO already assured that the share price either increases organically or RS when the company is fundamentally strong. It is not imminent.

    • profit698: The CEO owns common shares much more than us. He will act in the interest of shareholders.

    • profit698: Every partnership demand is unknown before announcement. CEO mentioned they received calls in the last CC.

    • profit698: FDA wants anti-abusive products. And those big phamas do not have advanced technology right now. You connect the dot.

    • shubert: Just remember that management interest doesn't always align with shareholder interest. They might get positions and/or stock in an acquiring

    • shubert: Company and/or partnering company. That rewards them - not shareholders. Not saying that will happen. But it does happen and is a risk here

    • profit698: Whatever, the new management team has great execution so far. I will be holding strong for the long run.

    • shubert: And the issue is that management plus lenders = more than 50% of the voting stock. So we won't get a say in any deal that gets cut.

    • profit698: The CEO has over 10 million shares. His salary is all paid in shares, not cash. If he harm shareholders, he harms himself.

    • profit698: So far CEO has proved he's been working best for the company and shareholders.

    • profit698: Every stock has its risk, including ELTP. However, I believe the management has great chance to bring ART products to the market eventually.

    • profit698: In that case, we will be paid off tremendously within two years.
