Also in Canada Sackatchewan but Its in oil sands there is a company that has discovered another Huge oil find. they are looking at between 250-500 billion barrels of oil. He would like no less than an annual 10% return, paid monthly, and actually they would be funds already in his IRA. He wants to do dividend reinvestment and draw out of that when he needs it. Needs safety with some risk of coarse.
