      Aussies will not take Paypal compuslion without a huge fight and its started , they are trying to get around trading laws AGAIN (re-Paypal for digital items in 2005) .
      However a huge backlash with many submissions heading to the ACCC Consumer affairs) will ensure that it will be closely scrutinized .
      They had the audacity to announce it before applying for exemption to the trading laws .
      Boycott Victoriously May 1st and beyond .

      Ames , I see your one liner does not have any facts or reasons for the statement , haven't you been reading both the feebay forums (until the factual ones get pulled) and media communications to see what is really going on .
      The systematic destruction, almost daily changing of rules , restrictive trade practices (The Aussies won't take Paypal only restrictions lightly). The ACCC (consumer affairs) here is being bombarded with complaints as it seems this is totally against free trade and restricts consumer choice and appears that it may be against our trading laws
      Their legal eagles fooled them once before with Paypal only for digital goods in 2005.
      Feebay is a greedy money grabbing with no loyalty to their customers , 800 Pound gorilla that will come unstuck in the auction world alternatives are snowballing their numbers at a fierce pace.

      Greedbay is one gigantic propaganda machine that fooled both buyers and sellers for years , not any more the majority have now woken up seeing their business built uo over years destroyed because of greed , the only ones they are attempting to fool now is the stock holders. (fake listings and other devious means !)

      Your statements sounds like the same propaganda and rubbish the doublespeak/Orwellian/... at greedbay have been trying to tell the media for months.
      Fortunately with great articles/posts from aware and open mined authors such as Dinah Balk these false prophets no longer are fooling many people.
      The media has finally woken up to fee/greed/extortionbay with their never ending fee extortion , almost daily shifting the goalposts/rules so the small/variety sellers (remember them , the ones who built up feebay?) has not a hope in hell of existing for long there . No adverse feedback from May for shonky buyers ?
      With the competition getting stronger daily (check the stats.) and the MAY1st Worldwide Boycott we shall hopefully see this 800 pound gorilla out of our wallets and our lives .
      Ebay is a very expensive place to sell there are many soon to be busy alternatives it is happening .
      Meg with John McCains campaign ?? Senator McCain she is costing tens of thousands of votes already , an ulterior motive there ?

      Its amazing that there any feebay supporters left I think they must be disgruntled stock holders blaming someone else except the clowns who started this mass exodus and fiasco.
      Turning sellers and buyers against each other , (giving a "fee decrease", and raising FVF's). taking away the right of sellers to weed out scammers and fraudsters (no negatives or neutrals to be left for them from May) , apparently grossly inflating listings through "tests" and "mistakes" , hope the authorities are vigoursly following up on this one and any evidence of stock manipulation .
      Many more issues that "one liner" User 153301 appears to unaware of or selectively ignores.
      Must be an ostrich with head in the sand .

      User 159405 . What department do you work with in feebay? you seem to have a vested interest somewhere and sound like you are parroting for the very crew that is causing the downfall of feebay .
      Are you actually saying that Donawho? actually cares about the sellers that are being systematically forced off greedbay, the very folks who made his undeserved 6 or 7 figure package possible ?
      Stockholders have a lot to ask this "caring" (not) out of control steamroller sound like some more of "Mr Doublespeak's" propaganda.

      Pennystocks 2008 , you may just be able to pick some bargain feebay stock at the princely sum of a penny shortly , wont happen ? , read below, never have so many (sellers and buyers) been so united.

      Well done Dina, brilliant article and right to the heart of feebays self-destruct mode .
      One has to question why , stupid search facilities , turning buyers against sellers, sellers against buyers , no right of reply to scam buyers by sellers (no neg or neutral from May) ,open ended PayPayPaypal capability of holding of funds for 21 days and asking to send items before funds are received , systematically getting rid of the small variety sellers.
      Interesting times for the stockholders , folks , really sympathize with you , questions to be asked at any meeting would be how did this Donawho? character get in the position to make so many bad desicions in such a short time and what is the agenda for this .
      What he tells to the Media is totally removed from the truth and good business practice.
      In such a short time he is becoming known as "Mr Doublespeak".
      Donawho? , you can fool some people some of the time , until they wake up to you, many now have thanks to open forums such as this and check out the eBay forums (the ones left that haven't been pulled) !!

      Best option , build elsewhere and take YOUR customers with you.

      Marketplaces: Following the May 1st Worldwide boycoot , there will be very few casual sellers left they are leaving in droves and/or being forced off by feeBays feral current corporate clowns. Google " ebay boycott " tos see what is going on in the real world.

      Payments: More and more ebay sellers are becoming wary of using Paypal as a payment method , especially by being forced by feebay to use their payment system and Paypal having the capability to hold sellers payments for at least 21 days AND ask the seller to send the item(s) before receiving the payment from May 2008 . Check new feedback rules regarding Sellers not being to leave Neutral or negative fedback for scammers !

      Stock prices are going down not because of any "recession, more of the way greedbay is harming and systematically getting rid of the very folks who have built this business up , the small sellers , mom's and pop's.

      Comments in other articles say's it all about your dictatorial attitude regarding sellers.
      In most of the cases you state above price increases can be overcome by choosing an alternate service , business or supermarket/market .
      As feebay is currently a greed orientated monopoly folks have had no choice .
      They will have many in a short time , as other auction services improve and expand their services .
      If you are a wagering man Paul , care to place a bet that ebay will still be in their monopolistic position in 12 months time ?
      They will not be, they are self destructing at an ever increasing rate .
      Others have seen a golden opportuniuty being handed to them on a plate.

      Why is it not in feebays interest to inflate figures?
      They will do anything to bag the sellers who are making "noise" and discredit the sellers boycott.
      Check the ebay forums (if the comments are still there, over 9000 pages of comments have gone recently a lot on this very subject .

      Paul , you bias and total mis-representation of facts are truly amazing and would be simply be unbelievable if one was not aware of your holding position of eBay stock .

      Don't mind me quoting here:

      "For all of those sellers who are upset with eBay, please click on this link and complete the following to be removed permanently from our site. We understand the difficulty you are experiencing. We tried to satisfy your needs to no avail. If after leaving the site you continue to harass us through vile messages, threats etc, a restraining order will be put into place. If you have had a change of heart and decide to come back, you would have to go through an appeal process that may take up to two years. We understand your complaints and are satisfying your request."
      Last sentance is just blatantly wrong , feeBay do NOT listen to the hundreds of thouands of small/medium sellers who have built this 800 pound gorilla over the years.

      The sellers built it up from scratch and I'm sure founder Paul did not treat those earlier folks in the way they are being treated now
      Your dictatorial entry above must be out of ebay management 101 or apart from a few technical terms something out of Orwells 1984 !
      If you cant report unbiased facts and why report , however with a log position in ebay this could not happen could it Paul.

      This new blog that feebay is organizing, frank open discussion or more double speak ?
      There is enough in the world for every mans need , not his greed !!
      Greedbay knows no bounds for pilfering every last dollar , , pound or sheikel out of their customers (sellers) pocket
      Watch MAYDAY May the 1st Sellers BOYCOTT (and a lot of buyers joining ranks now) and see how many combine sellers there are .
      So here is an alternate solution before the empire crumbles , listen to what the majority of sellers are saying :
      They don't want restrictive trade practices and the emafia butting into every facet of their business.
