National Bank of Greece: Cash in on Kosovo's Independence

Economic growth? Is that what they call charity now? Nothing else is driving what little economy exists in Kosovo. This is foolishness and worthless advice. No bank is going to risk their assets in Kosovo. If looking to the West has brought nothing but treachery and occupation and puppet governments, perhaps that is the wrong way to be looking for friends. At least Russian money has something besides masive debt to back it up.
