Silver or Silver Stocks?

The DBP is still it seems the only diversified precious metals ETF. I am still awaiting something more like the funds that now trade over seas as the milenium fund in canada that have exposure to the whole basket of not just gold and silver but also the platinum, paladium, rhodium,etc. There are a couple mutual funds like the one US investors has that do this but then you have restrictions on ST trading and investment amounts. Any one with a suggestion(s)?
