Get a Jump On Frontier Markets

I visited Vietnam in 2006, and have been sporadically seeking a way to invest there since. A while back, I uncovered a Vietnam Opportunity Fund, on the pink sheets at VTOPF.PK. I've been unable to find much info about it.

Also curious about the NTM P/Es for Vietnam -- wondering if the recent growth is already well-priced in.

The WSJ today noted NEWFX, FXI, MCHFX, and PRMSX (as well as TRAMX) in its D1 article on frontier and emerging markets, but those funds seem to be more emerging market focused.
