First Solar technology brings to mind just another "poison pill" with long term environmental and health issues for all living creatures. Is it the new asbestos with cancer causing effects? Clearly, be it solar farms, industrial businesses or smaller venues each, are in no way immune from catastrophic wind events. Solar voltaic cells must bask in the sunshine, if, manufactured comprising TOXIC substances it’s only a matter of time until exposures occur. Moreover, the aforementioned patent holder, of this type of critically insufficient technology fails to mitigate the design flaws in any robust way whatsoever. Questions remain in my mind as to the value of this thin film design, when in fact; it is so toxic and structurally weak. Also, at some point the product becomes refuse, how do we dispose of it? Additionally, when violent wind storms pass over these vast solar farms, destroying them, how do we protect ourselves and surrounding environment? Why use such TOXIC materials in the first place, when others are readily available? Is it just the love of more money? First Solar chose a doomed path - either ours or its own. For our sake, hopefully, it’s First Solar. Write to the men and women working for you in the United States Congress and say NO to TOXIC solar, it’s certainly NOT clean energy.

I disagree. AT&T did not reach 45.00 within the previous DOW's run up to its 14,000 plus high. I actually sold T at 42.00+ and then Sold T Short at 40.50 last June and recently covered at 21.00+. With all the cable competition coming on, spare me, and a near depression for consumers, your certainly reaching, such an optomistic opinion. Some lemmings will buy now, but T's not a buy until it bottoms in the teens! Called GS's bottom at 90.00, every blogger thought I was wrong many months before its recent low, because, they all believed GS was well connected! You know, Paulson, D.C., that kind of BS. How about that, within 2.00 dollars and SHORT all the way down from from 188.00+. Ca-ching

I agree!! Just another Cramer hype job. PNC has big time exposure to commercial real estate, which is the next shoe to drop. Its overpriced and should be downgraded.

In addition, PNC disclosed in it's K-8 of September 9, further exposure to claims of financial irregularties and litigation costs therefrom related to its vast interests in newely aquried Sterling Bank Corp. Moreover, PNC (truly a black box) within the pasts few years had similar claims of accounting fraud and actual charges brought against senior managers within its organzation. PNC paid significant fines. Furthermore, within the pasts month or so, since its Cramer (show)outing and subsequent unjustified metoric rise from its July 15th low, numerous directors have been routinely exercising their stock options and SELLING. Not a sign of confidence. PNC is a 50 dollar stock at best.

At 160 GS remains overpriced! In the past month or so I sold it short @188+ and recently covered at 157, nice cash. Even though I believe its a 90 dollar stock at best in the not so distant future, I covered because all the wall street types and GS's market makers will once again try to resusatate this mortally wounded stock. Look out below.
Patent Infringment Fears Send RIM Shares Tumbling [View article]
Willful violation of Patent law, in our global economy, must not be tolerated! In light of its claims, Visto is rightfully about to take RIM out back to the wood shed. Headwinds ahead, it's time to pay the piper RIM. Moreover, it's time for patent infringer's like RIM to publicly acknowledge their wrongdoing. Visto's and NTP's proper claims proffered against RIM leave all interested parties asking just how many more claimants are there in RIM's future? I sense a chill in the wind, better take cover.
