an etf that doesn't track an index ?(that's active!) personally if and when could be based on the merval.ar which excludes foreign domiciled firms, but it's obscure
rather than some concoction that includes foreign cos with argie interests (shittygroup, gm -whose local assembly line has got a bail out from the cash-strapped govt to keep smata workers on the job until the mid-term elections, you name it, you'll find it)
