The way preferred shares are trading, they are indicating no recovery for preferred holders either if BK.

Today common was actually up 8% while preferred F were down 15%

Also someone mentioned to me that preferred stop trading if company files for BK? So you would have to until court decides if preferred gets anything..

I think the company will survive, but with huge dilution to the equity holders (just like Ambac ABK did)
